We are a small team and typically respond within one to two business days. If you are reporting a bug, the most helpful thing you can include is:

• Which tool was involved
• The input that triggered the issue (or a simplified version of it)
• What you expected vs. what happened
• Your browser and OS (if it seems relevant)

For feature requests, just describe what you need. If it is a tool you reach for often enough to be annoyed that it does not exist yet, there is a good chance other developers feel the same way. Those requests tend to move up the priority list quickly.
